Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to most countries in Europe. We plan to expand worldwide in the future!

How long does shipping take?
Since all products are made to order, shipping takes 3-7 business days within Europe.

How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on all orders! The shipping cost is already included in the product price.


2. Products & Sizing

How do I choose the right size?
Each product has a size guide in the product description. If you're unsure, feel free to contact us for advice!

What materials do you use?
We focus on high-quality, comfortable fabrics that support movement and durability. More details can be found in the product descriptions.


3. Payments

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal, Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Is my payment secure?
Yes! Our store uses SSL encryption and secure payment gateways to ensure your transactions are safe.


4. Returns & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange my order?
Since all items are custom-made on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged. Please check the size guide before ordering.

My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
We’re sorry for the inconvenience! Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@elevioclothing.com, including:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product & issue
  • A short description of the problem

We will review your claim and, if approved, provide a replacement at no extra cost.


5. Order Cancellations

Can I cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, it is immediately sent for production. For this reason, we cannot cancel or modify orders after they have been confirmed.
